MindSphere Sales Operations Expert

 

Position Overview:

 

As a member of our MindSphere Sales Operations Management team, you’ll be responsible to support our MindSphere Americas sales team for Sales Processes, CRM requirements and Reporting topics.  What’s more, you’ll work alongside some of the sharpest minds in your field, gaining new skills and experiences, within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:


• Support Process Management and CRM topics for the related Zone
• First point of the contact for SOCs for process and tool related questions
• Conduct necessary CRM tool trainings in the Zone
• Support local tool developments with IT to support designed processes
• Plan and moderate “process development and optimization workshops” in corporation with process owners in the zone
• Analyze and document local business processes, create solution documentation, implement existing global processes
• Support best practice sharing and continuous improvement
• Preparation and support for process audits in his Zone
• Manage LOA process operationally for the Zone

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:


• Technical or engineering background combined with expertise in sales operations / process management / CRM (4-5 years)
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with CRM tools – preferably SFDC
• Advanced project management skills: you are able to plan and drive activities
• You are eager to meet deadlines – and good at doing so
• Ability to work with a structured and methodical approach
• Understanding of IT tools and workflow based logic
• Ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram, and to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram
• Ability to identify areas of improvement of processes and knowledge on the process modeling and process design
• Inspired by new technology implementation and driving changes across organization
• An aptitude for problem solving, with the ability to take a logical route to the source of an error
• Experience with PM and/or PDP processes especially in LOA process.
• Good English knowledge

  • PM@Siemens certification is a plus
  • German knowledge is a plus
