Overview:

Siemens Energy Management is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator for their team.  In this role you will handle telephone and internet inquiries regarding order status, shipping dates, expedites, and services for selected accounts.  This person reports to the Customer Support Supervisor and will have no direct report.

Basic Function 

- Responds to semi-complex complaints and disputes within reasonable limit of authority, and recognizes when to escalate customer issues. 

- Support customers with referral to appropriate specialist for technical support and/or problem resolution when warranted.

 
Responsibilities
-The Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for the management of multiple product orders consisting of a mix of configured made to order and stock product.
- Primary focus will be supporting multiple product lines within assigned business segment for customer types including: industrial and construction distributors, end user accounts, and OEMs.
- Will triage change orders for the Change Order Specialist and have the ability to process non-complex change orders. 
- Utilize Philos to enter, manage, and prioritize case load to attain established service level agreements.
- The Customer Support Coordinator will ensure overall customer satisfaction for selected accounts.

Additional ongoing responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge of assigned products within division and systems to move within the Customer Support Organization.
- Develop lasting professional relationships within organization such as: plants, warehouses, sales, mixed apparatus pricing, standard pricing, product managers, and buyers.
- Understand the business unit organizational charts allowing you to escalate and resolve issues within the organization.
 
Required Knowledge and Experience
1. 1+ year of experience in a Customer Support role supporting industrial or construction electrical distribution and products preferred.
2. Someone in Customer facing role reproducing a customer problem, isolating the cause and driving resolution.
4. Demonstrated logical reasoning, situational and time management while presenting a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
5. Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), SAP and Circuit required.
 
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.  Specialized skill training/certification may be required.  Associates degree in related discipline is preferred.
