Position Overview

This position will cover Laboratory Diagnostic Manufacturing.

The primary roles of this individual are to provide Technician training in Reagents, Standards and/or B4 Chromatography area(s) to qualify operators for manufacturing builds, and to provide back-fill in manufacturing to meet work-center demands.

Responsibilities

The scope of this role includes the development and maintenance of manufacturing training protocols and presentations.  Presenting and performing on the job training for Technicians.  Additional responsibilities include support in the review and updating of manufacturing procedures and driving Continuous Improvement activities.

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

*  BS in Life Science Discipline ( i.e. Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry)
*  Ability to provide guidance and leadership, strong communication skills, organization
*  A solid technical background in manufacturing processes

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

*   A background in SAP is a plus.
