Job Description:

Position Overview

 

In your role as HR Data and admin process manger it is crucial to demonstrate both business process as well as technical skills with special focus on end-2-end processes and integrations. You consult and support Application and Service Managers regarding their implementations and are responsible to govern and steer global master data flows according to Healthineers business strategy.

 

Responsibilities

 

·             Act as a central point of reference for HR Master Data flows in collaboration with an international team

·             Coordinate and drive state-of-the-art technologies & implementations to meet business requirements (end-2-end) in a global context including business analysis, coordination, vendor collaboration and quality  documentation

·             Implement and assume responsibility for on-premise and cloud integrations and required technology

·             Consult and support Application / Service Managers in regards to data flows and technology

·             Manage relationships with key business (HR and business both for Siemens Healthineers and Corporate where applicable) and IT internal stakeholders

·             Actively seek and initiate opportunities for process improvement and continued value add toward business stakeholders

·              

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

 

Education:

BS/BA in related discipline (or equivalent experience)


Knowledge and Experience:

 

·             3 – 5 years’ experience with integration architecture and technologies for on-premise and/or SaaS solutions

·             Ideally 3 – 5 years of know-how in SAP ERP HR module

·             Experience within project implementations

·             Strong understanding of HR processes and related data flows.

·             and regulatory requirements related to Healthcare

·             Ability to derive IT requirements out of Business process descriptions

·             Advanced presentation skills eg. Trainings

 

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

 

·             Experience working within Siemens/Healthineers

·             Experience working within regulated environments

·             Project Management experience within large/complex business driven projects

·             Vendor/supplier management

·             Technology know-how in regards to Data Exchange / Middleware and Software as a Service/ cloud
