Job Description:

As part of our Lifecycle Collaboration Software (LCS) organization, you

will become immersed in development projects for our Teamcenter


• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field is



• 1+ years of software development experience in one or more

Object-Oriented language (such as C++ or Java)

The following qualifications are not required but would be considered


• Can-do professional attitude with high passion for building software

or making the existing software better

• Strong coding skills in C, C++, C#, JAVA, and Object-Oriented


• Commanding grasp of XML, JavaScript, HTML, and Angular JS

• Good understanding of object oriented design and design patterns

• Have experience with, or able to learn, development environments

(Microsoft Visual Studio, Eclipse, etc.), development tools, and

Windows/Unix environments

• Ability to work with minimal supervision on complex assignments with

wide latitude for independent judgment

• Write clean, robust, and maintainable code

• Inspire collaboration

• Be a curious question asker

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated, willing to take up challenges, work and learn

multiple technologies

• Exposure to databases like Oracle and SQL Server

• Exposure to Cloud Development technologies like Amazon Web Services,

Python, Ruby, Chef is desirable

• Exposure to Teamcenter and Teamcenter Active Workspace

software.  Teamcenter is our database management software, which allows

customers to digitally manage product and manufacturing data.

Teamcenter virtually connects and enables collaboration with key

players across the product development line.  As a member of the

Teamcenter Applications Team, you will help define new approaches and

create fresh functionality by:

• Perform Design and Software programming of products and services in

the Document Management and Content Management area of Teamcenter

product with focus on surpassing customer expectations, on achieving

high quality and on-time delivery

• Participating on a Scrum Team to support the Scaled Agile Framework

(SAFe) software development methodology

• Has comprehensive and diversified knowledge of engineering/computer

science methods and practices

• Diving into requirements definition, in-depth analysis, and code


• Discovering innovative solutions to meet evolving customer use cases

• Maintains assigned software product areas and ensures high quality

• Validating software quality through unit testing, writing automated

tests, and defect fixing

• Able to solve complex technical problems

• Engaging with the extended Teamcenter Team (Product Management,

Development, Quality Assurance, Documentation and Customer Support) to

support the full life cycle of product development
