Job Description:

Position Overview

Siemens is looking for a dynamic individual with proven experience to join our team in Southaven, MS, our main storage location for 15,000+ SKU's coming from our own factories in the US, Mexico and overseas and from third parties.  We work in a collaborative environment where our goal is to exceed our customers' expectations.  If your passion is quality and have experience implementing a quality management system in a distribution center or warehouse operations environment, we want to talk to you!


Develop facility Quality Management System (QMS)

Responsible for facility quality auditing program

Measure shipping quality and provide root cause corrective actions (RCCA's)

Measure receiving supplier quality and provide root cause corrective actions (RCCA's)

Responsible for facility operations reporting

Responsible for quality reporting

Planning and execution of internal projects (e.g. lean) or events (e.g. capa)

Lead ISO9001 development and certifications

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

5-7 years distribution quality experience within manufacturing or warehouse environment

Planning and Project Management experience; full life cycle

Strong working usage of MS Office Suite, specific to Excel, Access & Power Point

Technical Capacity with WMS & QMS, must have hands on proficiency 

Familiarity with quality standards and processes (Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma)

Strong Communication Skills

Adept Problem Solving / Data Analysis (RCCA, FMEA & other relevant Lean tols)

Must possess customer / supplier focus

Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

Previous quality experience

Previous Distribution / warehouse experience
