Job Description:

The Ultrasound Business Area (BA) of Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Financial Analyst responsible for reporting, planning and forecasting reporting to the Sr. Director of Finance, Marketing, and Sales. You will be part of a highly motivated team reporting monthly results and providing analysis to key stakeholders including CEO, CFO and VP of Sales & Marketing. The primary goal of the role is to further enhance visibility and understanding of the drivers of our business performance in CRM key areas and providing value-added analysis / recommendations to support profitable business growth.

     Responsible for the monthly forecasting and closing process within the assigned area including recommendations for continuous improvement

     Preparation and distribution of the monthly reporting package for global Marketing & Sales Operations as the basis for management decisions

     Analysis of orders, revenue, margins and global Sales & Marketing cost

     Preparation of Performance Review Meetings focusing on unit and pricing performance on country level

     Responsible for monthly financial close of Headquarter Sales & Marketing cost center and projects incl. preparation of quarterly journal entries and explanations in case of variances; approval of expenses including alignment with relevant Stakeholders

     Responsible for HQ Unit & Transfer Price Forecast including coordination with multiple Stakeholders as well as Monthly Unit Reporting for orders and revenue

     Responsible for global Pricing and Price Erosion Reporting incl. Analysis of all Sales Channels

     Drive high Data Quality in Tools via close interaction with Zones and global Healthineers Headquarter functions

     Preparation and monthly tracking of new product launches

     Handling of global Deal Escalations and Promotions for responsible countries

     Business Case support for Topline & Pricing regarding new product developments

     Special projects supporting the CEO, CFO and VP of Sales & Marketing

     Drive forward new developments in Finance, e.g. Automation of Reports via Artificial Intelligence

     Continuous communication with Healthineers CRM team in Erlangen, being Ultrasound’s ambassador supporting pricing excellence initiatives




What we look for

     Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience

     Excellent MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint skills

     Strong analytical ability to identify variances, trends and anomalies in financial data triggering proactively necessary actions and at the same time provide accurate and reliable data under given deadlines

     Passionate team player with a strong service mentality going the extra mile to meet the expectation of stakeholders

     Execution-driven and focused mindset to continuously strive for improvements with a very good problem-solving skillset

     Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

     Fluent in English (other languages, especially German a plus)
