Hours: Part-time during the school year; Full-time during the summer

Our Simulation and Test Solutions (STS) organization creates our Simcenter software products for computer aided engineering. STS tackles flow simulation as well as thermal, structural, acoustic, and composite analysis. Our marketing internship position is within this organization. You will assist in increasing social media presence for the Simcenter Product portfolio. You will have the opportunity to:
  • Write articles and blogs for the Siemens community site
  • Post videos to YouTube
  • Drive traffic through posts to LinkedIn, etc.
  • Use social media platforms to promote events, Simcenter products, and customer success stories
  • Assist in organizing an internal database of marketing and sales assets
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a 4 year university pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, English or journalism.
  • Graduating in 2020 or later
  • Knowledgeable in multiple social media platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to balance multiple tasks at one given time
  • Remarkable time management skills
  • Past experience with blogging.
  • Interest in the software industry/engineering- the product line being supported is highly technical
