The Siemens Medical Solutions (SMS) Clinical Education Organization has overall responsibility for providing the onsite technical training for Siemens Magnetic Resonance Imaging systems in the MR modality at our customer's medical facilities.
In this role you will ensure that the Clinical Education training on MR systems and components is facilitated to provide expert technical training, deliver customer excellence, and represent Siemens Medical Solutions and Clinical Education with professionalism and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience. The candidate will work with the MR Modality team, the MR Internal Training and Development Specialists, Education and Service Management, and the MR Modality Sales and Service team to promote positive customer relationships as well as participate and promote internal team integration and networking resulting in a sharing of knowledge and expertise.
Objective:
To effectively educate customers to operate Siemens equipment proficiently and safely, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Preparation: Prepare and gather necessary documentation for end user training at customer site.
2. Customer Education and Equipment Turnover: Conduct educational sessions at the customer site to educate customers on how to use modality specific Siemens equipment.
3. Professional Administration: Complete regulatory and core process documents in a timely fashion.
Experience:
Clinical Radiographer background with a minimum of 4 years MRI clinical experience required
ARRT Certified in MRI
Additional ARRT certifications and registries a plus
BA or BS preferred
1.5T experience required, 3T experience and knowledge also preferred
Experience on Siemens MRI systems a plus
Experience in advanced neuro, cardiac, and/or breast imaging preferred
Experience in pediatric imaging a plus
Previous Application Specialist experience a plus
Strong communication skills both written and verbal needed
Management/supervisory experience a plusTeaching experience in a clinical environment preferred
Ability to travel extensively up to 95%
