Job Description:

Performs administrative duties including:

·  Assist senior mgmt. with scheduling, travel and expense reporting

·  Maintain supplies for the office

·  Assist in estimating costs for materials, services, office equipment

·  Ensure that office maintenance is performed per the lease contract

·  Organize internal and external meetings incl. coordination of

lunches, refreshments

·  Serve as liaison with outsidecontractors and vendors for

miscellaneous issues and equipment

·  Support the processing of invoices and requisition creation for

services and contractors

·  Support the creation of reports needed for other groups in Siemens

·  Has access to confidential information and exercises discretion

Prior administrative position experience.  Writing Skills, Reporting

Skills, Supply Management, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills,

Organization, Time Management, Travel Logistics, Verbal Communication
