We have a need to expand our team of marketing professionals who work in the Simulation and Test (STS) division. The Simulation and Test division delivers cutting edge solutions that help our customers understand product performance, create innovative designs, and bring them to market faster than ever before.
The simulation marketing coordinator is an individual contributor role within the STS division. In this role you will create and distribute social media content. You will have an opportunity to help plan and coordinate participation in major customer-focused events. You will create supporting content for marketing campaigns including web content, email content, and video content. You will take on project management, distribution, promotion, and maintenance of marketing materials for major product releases for use by our global sales and marketing teams.
This is an exciting role that gives you the opportunity to work every day alongside colleagues from different parts of the world as well as for occasional travel including internationally.
We are looking for an individual with a business or marketing degree and 2-3 years of experience in a related role. If this experience is with a software or manufacturing organization, it is a plus. Prior knowledge of the simulation software market is highly valued, but not required.
The right candidate will have demonstrable skills in written and verbal communication skills, be very structured and organized in their way of working, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks. They will have a strong orientation towards teamwork and timely completion of tasks even when there is dependency on others.
Experience with blogging and use of social media tools such as Linkedin, Twitter, and YouTube is strongly preferred. Experience with video editing is a plus. Experience with standard office software for word processing and spreadsheets is required. Experience with project management software is a plus.
