Job Description:

Position Overview
Leads, manages, and oversees portfolio strategy and portfolio/product management activities for Automation Proven Outcomes / Monitoring / Remote / Proactive Services, to achieve growth and profit margin targets. Responsible for the definition and development of offerings that transforms our company’s services. Works in conjunction with our Automation segment, engineering team, Digital Service Center, and zone organization. Develops and maintains personal contact with branches, to support them with new and current strategic customers to maximize opportunities. This position can be based in any Major US city, and has the possibility of being a remote position.
 
 
Responsibilities
Develops and manages Automation Proven Outcomes / Monitoring / Remote / Proactive Services Portfolio and Enabling Tools. Identifies key technologies, innovations and services to accelerate Automation growth and profitability.
 
  • Delivers financial results of business plan
  • Formulates Automation portfolio strategy / plan and road map
  • Creates business cases and use cases for offerings
  • Develops Proven Outcomes / Monitoring / Remote / Proactive service offerings and enabling tools
  • Develops and releases comprehensive market packages including the Minimal Viable Product standard deliverables
  • Provides necessary rollout and training for offerings and tools
  • Supports and maintains existing offerings to achieve profitable growth
  • Participates in development, support and maintenance of enabling tool
  • Responsible for working in conjunction with Segments, Engineering, Analytics Portfolio, Operations, Global,  Digital Service Center, Field and other cross functional teams, to develop strategies/plans, technology & offerings
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advance degree preferred
  • 5+ years of successful experience in Building Automation Systems and Service
  • Working knowledge of how buildings work
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate and motivate teams toward achievement of a common goal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and colleagues
  • Strong presentation skills
