Shift Supervisor

Position Overview

Are you looking for your next challenge? Do you thrive in a manufacturing environment?

The Siemens team in Rural Hall, NC is looking for someone who can drive a safety and quality culture to commensurate with the mission and vision of the plant. In this role, you will report directly to the repair operations manager. This is a weekend shift supervisory role that will lead and direct hourly workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure and drive safety culture by actively engaging with the shop floor operations
  • You will drive quality throughout the process by ensuring process alignment.
  • Maintain a culture of respect within the group
  • Drive continuous improvement and be a champion of change
  • Drive accountability of direct reports
  • Collaborate with peers to achieve overall plant targets.
  • Maintain a sense of urgency to meet customer delivery dates.
