We are currently hiring a Staff Software Engineer for the design, development and optimization of image formation software for MR/PET scanners.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
In this role you will be involved in all stages of the software development process, that include:
- concept development
- task breakdown and estimation
- developing code
- unit and integration testing
- documenting software designs
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
•masters degree in computer science or related field
•a good understanding of modern SW development processes
•6-8 years experience in SW engineering
•experience in driving SW development from concept to product
•experience in SW architecture development
•knowledge about data correction and image reconstruction in PET, CT or MRI
•knowledge about mathematics and physics involved in medical imaging
•experience in numerical algorithms and optimization
•ability to work successfully in international teams
•good problem solving skills
•good communication skills in verbal and written form
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
•Visual Studio/Team Foundation Server
•experience in developing medical software in a FDA regulated environment
•experience in high-performance computing and associated tools (e.g. MPI, VTune)
