Job Description
Responsible for providing leadership and management to CSC team driving pipeline and order process management.  Develop, communicate and drive productivity in processes and procedures to improve selling effectiveness.
Manage staffing including hiring, training, motivating.  Provide personnel management including managing daily activity and performance.
Monitor pipeline for each rep to ensure that they are following up and driving their Primary deals.   Ensure they are creating quotes accurately, and in a timely manner.  Encourage and coach them to build lasting relationships with their customers and understand each agreement with special terms and pricing.  Provide first line support to each rep when they have questions about products, customers or order process.  Frequently interacts with functional peer group managers.
Interface with multiple levels of management with Siemens PLM.  Provide management reports on group performance.  May require domestic travel.
Prerequisites and Essential Functions:
Monitor and track opportunity pipeline to ensure accuracy in forecasting.  Ensure reps are diligently pursing each opportunity and taking all necessary steps to close the business. In addition, that
they are supporting the customer with zero dollar transactions which helps free up the Orchestrator to focus on larger deals.
Ensure the CSC Reps are working with direct sales Orchestrators, Sales and Business Management, as well as Pre-sales and Finance group when working on proposals and making sure they are in compliance.
Provide coaching for pipeline reviews, product understanding, as well as a deeper understanding of how to use the SFDC/Q20 process more effectively.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience working in sales and managing in a customer service environment.
Excellent communication Skills

Collaboration and teaming across different organizations and teams
