Job Description:

•Provide project coordination of ADFM resource staffing on all ADFM

projects, through communication with Engagement Managers, Project

Managers, and Sales.

•Set up processes and tools to support Resource Demand Planning for

ADFM Services.

•Support ADFM Engagement Managers with the following tasks:

o Development and subsequent submission of contract documents and bid

proposal documents to internal workflow tools (eRealm).

o Initial set up of projects in our project tracking tool (PSA).

•Support ADFM Project Managers with the following tasks:

o Set up project phases and tasks as directed by the Project Manager.

o Create booking requests and assign resources to tasks as directed by

the Project Manager.

o Support contract documentation if contractors are required.

o On a weekly basis update project status from input provided by

Project Managers.

o On a weekly basis ensure forecast is accurate.

o Perform billing operation on time.

•Support efficient and effective reporting and analysis to the Business

Unit Director, Engagement Managers and Project Managers.

 

•BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, Finance or

equivalent.

•Multiple years working as a Project Coordinator and/or Project

Manager.

•Previous leadership experience with technical professionals.

•Experience with logistics or working in a highly dynamic environment.

•Communicates with a high degree of creativity, self-confidence and

persuasiveness.

•A self-starter with strong communication skills at all levels

throughout an organization.

•Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.

•US Citizen
