Marketing Manager, International Fire Business

Position Overview

Siemens Fire Safety Products & Systems is now hiring a Marketing Manager with a dedicated focus on driving our Latin America & overall International Business. This role will be primarily focused on growing our Latin America footprint and cascading our product launches, campaigns, and key messages to our International Partners, internally and externally across the globe. This role will connect our Fire Marketing Team with the Regional Sales Teams, Distributors and Country Leadership in Latin America, Canada & Rest of the World to achieve sales and marketing goals across our Fire Product Business. This role will orchestrate the planning, execution and results evaluation for the full marketing mix within the region. A successful candidate will be a self starter comfortable with identifying and developing impactful relationships and navigating cross- functional dependencies to deliver tangible marketing support materials, programs and initiatives.




  • Partner with LATAM Business Head, LATAM Finance Director & Senior Marketing Manager of Fire to manage the full life-cycle of marketing activities in Latin America for the fire business including strategic planning, implementation and partnering with internal & external agencies
  • Partner with Controls Products & Systems, Fire Safety International Sales Director to ensure global portfolio launches are effectively implemented
  • Build relationships with Region Leadership, Territory Managers, International Business Development Team, Country Specific Marketing & Communications Counterparts & Distributors for Fire Business
  • Oversee the flawless execution of agreed marketing plans in region; manage vendors, coordinate with key players and track, optimize and improve KPI's to support business growth
  • Ability to understand the needs of the market and conduct Market Research and/ or bench-marking
  • Strong marketing operation skills to individually complete core tasks such as translating marketing assets, presentation building and regional specific marketing assets
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in region and CPS Americas team for the effective day-to- day management of campaign delivery
  •  Collaborate with Trade Media and LATAM Marketing Communications to align on opportunities, creative, lead generation activities to drive market awareness in this region
  • Support Regional Sales Leaders with the right digital sales enablement tools and full marketing plan integration to execute sales and marketing campaigns to grow market share and achieve planned sales and margin

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications
  • Fluent in English and Spanish Language (Spoken + Written)
  • 5+ years' experience in marketing
  • 50% travel possible depending on business needs throughout US, Central and South America and International events as needed

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Masters or MBA preferred
  • Portuguese Language (Spoken + Written) preferred
  • Experience in Latin America region preferred
