Position Overview

This crafted role supports the Comptroller who will rely on your acumen, accuracy, attention to detail and data management skills in order to exceed the expectations of the growing business.


What you will be doing



In this dynamic role, you will focus on a variety of routine but essential accounting tasks supporting one or more of the following business process: Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger and/or other related financial areas. You will diligently perform various month end activities including processing order booking, month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, etc. You will stand out from the crowd as an active participant in the budgeting and monthly forecasting process as well as functioning as the point of contact for some special invoicing, coding of invoices as well as collaborating with both AP and AR teams to resolve overdue invoicing issues. You will assist in analyzing financial results to resolve accuracy and completeness of information


 What we will need from you



  • 1-3 years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.



    •  Strong work ethic

    • The ability to travel


    • Be able to tell the story and answer the "So What?" behind the numbers


    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel


    • Ability to work both independently and within a team


    • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance


    • You are eligible to work in the U.S. without a current or future need for sponsorship.
