Digital Enterprise & Digital Services Segment Manager

At Digital Factory we support manufacturing companies with a comprehensive offering of powerful industrial software and integrated automation technology, increasing flexibility and efficiency of manufacturing processes. The Digital Enterprise and Digital Services segment will offer customers the complete range of digitalization: from manufacturer-independent consulting through implementation to digital services such as data analytics.

Position overview


We are looking for a leader for the new cross business unit team: Digital Enterprise & Digital Services within the Customer Services organization. Please apply only if you are a driven, entrepreneurial leader with a passion for start-ups and propelling teams to success. 


Lead a team of technical consultants and project engineers on digital and data solutions

Develop and drive a comprehensive business strategy to target major Manufacturing Industries and customers on:

o Consulting on Digital Transformation for customers

o System Integration of Digital Implementation Projects 

o Implement traditional post sales Digital services 

Responsible for P&L and achievement of business financial targets and goals

Accountable for sales pipeline development

Accountable for developing and hiring a team to meet the overall goals of the group 

Collaborate with internal stakeholders within Siemens 

Job Requirements

Engineering degree in Software, or other related technical areas

Proven track record of P&L responsibility for business segments, preferably in the consulting software or hardware areas

5-7 years of experience leading technical resources (engineers, data scientists, etc.)  

8+ years of experience  in business development with technical/engineering products and solutions 

Effective in strategic planning and tactical execution 

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills 

Effective presentation and public speaking skills 

Advanced knowledge and experience of manufacturing automation systems and IT / OT business

MES marketing knowledge 

Advanced degree is a plus

Ability to be flexible, adapt to changes/challenges, and motivate team to drive results

Resilient and positive attitude

Ability to work and lead in a start-up type environment
