We are looking for a Pre-sales Manager who would be leading a team and being an authoritative leader of how our technology can be used by A&D, Federal and Marine customers. Management and development of the “A” team of Technical Account Managers who are technical experts in our industry and our technology. Organize and energize - the technical team to best support our revenue targets.
Develop the team - to build talent inside the organization and also recruit to add inspiring technical talent. Create a minimum level of requirements or each role. Evaluate the team to place people in the correct roles, Industry and customer alignment – Align our solutions - to the industry which will allow our message and technology to resonate with our A&D, Federal and Marine industries and sub segments.
Work with Industry group and PfD to best align our solutions to ADFM Content development – lead a team to publish and create content that can leveraged by the sales teams and customers to promote our solutions.
Organize a team to create the software and hardware necessary to promote and show our solutions that will excite our customers.
Assists/mentors less-experienced peers, managers, and individual contributors.
Knowledge of Siemens Lifecycle Products Comfortable and compelling in front of our customers Knowledge of A&D / Federal market PowerPoint and content creation skills to present and create content to show our solutions to support our customers.
Prerequisites and Essential Functions:
Education: Bachelors: Engineering, Computer science, Business, Marketing or Sales Masters: not required but MBA preferred.
5+ Years of technical experience either with technology or with A&D/Federal.
5+ Years of management experience working under minimal supervision with latitude for independent judgment.
