Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Work with buyers to optimize Purchase Order Management activities, ensure process is consistently followed, updates are obtained by Suppliers, and changes are recorded in ERP system (SAP).  Further develop/enhance expediting process and support buyers to ensure product is received ontime and/or escalated where business demands are not met.

Aside from operational experience the candidate will work on a project to implement VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory). This would be a good opportunity to bridge textbook SCM practice to reality at a production facility.

Course of Study:

Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related degree
