Job Description:
As part of the Americas Manufacturing Practice group within the Siemens industrial software organization, provide technical solution consulting support throughout the software sales process.
 
Utilize technical knowledge of quality management systems in the discrete manufacturing type industries, and recommend software solutions for end to end Quality Management
Prepare and deliver customer facing demonstrations of the proposed quality management solutions.
 
Pre-requisites and essential Functions:
Candidate should have a BS degree in a quality engineering related discipline, or equivalent working experience with quality management systems in the discrete manufacturing type industries.
Candidate should have knowledge of engineering and Quality processes including:
• APQP, FMEAs, PPAP and SPC.
• Compliance norms and requirements such as ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016 and AS 9100:2015 etc.
 
Candidate should have proven capabilities of preparing and delivering technical presentations on the topics of quality management.
 
Candidate should be willing to travel 50% of time in the continental US, Canada, Mexico, and South America.  Limited international travel is required for this position.
