Job Description:

Accounting Operator (Billing Coordinator)

Position Overview: 
Generate invoices in accordance to customer contracts and project deliverables

Ensure timely and accurate project and non-project related billings

Create and/or modify customer information in accounting system

Upload invoices into client portal

Resolve any customer billing issues in collaboration with Sales and Operations teams

Develop and maintain effective customer relations; both internal and external

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in General Ledger, Billing, and understanding of accounting procedures

Ability to manage and meet deadlines and schedules
Ability to work independently
Possess strong written and oral communications skills as well as great analytical skills
Ability to read and understand standard contracts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
Experience with SAP or other ERP system
Construction industry experience a plus
Understanding of Sales and Use tax in the construction industry

Familiarity with government Web portals such as WAWF, IPP, Vipers is a plus


Associate degree in Business or related experience
