This position will be based within the Healthineers IT function.

Healthineers IT is seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with the implementation and rollout of a global CRM system in 70 countries.  The intern will help support more than 30 Healthineers in 3 core locations: Malvern, PA (internship location), Germany, and Sweden.  This position is a part-time paid internship for up to 12 months, with starting dates on a rolling basis as applications are received, so apply ASAP.  Work hours are flexible.

 

Responsibilities

 

The intern will have (but not be limited to) the following responsibilities:

·         Support in the project management office

·         Scheduling and coordination of meetings for a global team

·         Manage the vacation schedule

·         Support other logistical planning e.g. special events

·         Support team with travel arrangements

·         Keep the visual project management up-to-date

·         Depending on interest and background, there is opportunity for more involved and technical projects/responsibilities

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

 

Must be currently enrolled as a current Junior or Senior, or Graduate Student

Minimum GPA: 3.2

Academic Majors:  All Majors

Other Skills:  Must be able to work independently in a team environment, be an effective communicator, skilled at problem solving, and attention to detail is a must.

 

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

 

Background in Engineering, IT, and/or project management preferred, but not required.
