Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for managing and facilitating information flow and data transfer between Olean Operations and the Regions for all phases of an opportunity – pursuit, order close, execution. Primary administrator or "gatekeeper" of order entry transition process for Turbo, GT and Recip orders entered upon the Olean Operation.
Evaluate Order Capture Teams adherence to global, regional, inter-operational and operation specifications.
Verify client commitment documentation adherence to booking policy.
Verify adherence to Siemens risk assessment and cash flow policy for Turbo products and solutions.
Ensure Manager of Project Leadership, and the balance of the Olean Leadership team as required, are kept appropriately informed of project risks or opportunities that affect client satisfaction, a project’s cost, schedule, quality or commercial risk.
Act as point of contact during partial risk release. Identify shortcomings in the order entry process and obtain a consensus on solutions by working with the Order Capture Team, Process Innovation, Project Leadership, Cost Accounting, Engineering and Drafting.
Responsible for creating contract filing structures on shared networks and Outlook, streamlining the Order Entry Process, removing bureaucratic barriers, and re-writing specifications as necessary.
Support the Process Innovation group to drive root cause and corrective action for any issue directly or indirectly encountered on a project. Assist Legal and Regional personnel with obtaining historical contractual records.
Primary coordinator of all technical and commercial documentation and software for the order entry process.
Create, maintain and issue reports or documentation and subsequent revisions as needed.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Four Year Business or legal related degree
Strong inter-personal, communication, leadership skills
Experience using MS Office Suite, Oracle
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, Adobe Enterprise, Discoverer, Corporate Product Configurator (CPC).
