As a delivery coordination specialist with Siemens Power Technologies International (PTI), the candidate will join the Siemens PTI software delivery and customer care team. The successful candidate will – along with other team members – be responsible for responding to customer inquiries about our world renowned PTI PSS® software platform as it relates to software training, handling order fulfilment and software delivery. This Windows- and Web-base platform is used by a large number of national and international electrical utilities and consulting firms to conduct Power System studies that aid in the maintenance, stability, and expansion of the electrical transmission and distribution infrastructure. First point of contact of customers regarding PSS® software product training
Planning and Administration of the open enrollment training course calendar and coordinate administrative tasks for our standard PSS® software training course offerings across the globe
Coordination, planning and delivery of custom PSS® software training course offerings
Supporting post-sales activities like order fulfillment and order entry to ensure an on time delivery of software products to end customers
Maintaining the software training content library to distribute to regional offices for onsite custom training
Handling and supporting software license delivery
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in management, finance, Information systems or equivalent.
We will consider candidates with 2-5 years of relevant experience including internships.
Experience in program or project management or equivalent.
Former scheduling experience required.
Former delivery coordination experience required.
Former experience with PSS Software Suite experience required
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills - written and verbal.
Strong organization skills and ability to effectively self-manage multiple tasks at one time.
