Job Description:

Position Overview
Responsible for SHS Customer Service (CS) Solutions Implementation in North America (NAM)
  • Establish and lead CS SI NAM team including management of virtual staff setup and other CS Processes (e.g. RSC, APP)
  • Coordinate the NAM specific project support demand in close collaboration with the respective Project Management teams and Expert groups (e.g. RSC, APP) of the countries
 
Head of CS SI NAM, CS HQ-NAM; Siemens Healthineers North America (working location Walpole, MA; Tarrytown, NY)
 
Responsibilities
 
Responsible for the execution/implementation of projects as per order intake by securing respective maturity and providing required HQ support through processes, infrastructure and skills resources as needed.
 
  • Establish and lead CS NAM Atellica Solution (AS) Team in a cross process and cross-country setup
  • Secure CS performance for a successful ramp up of AS
  • Establish a lean information flow avoiding overload on country reporting
 
Establish and lead CS SI NAM team including management of virtual staff and other CS Processes (e.g. RSC, APP)
  • Budget planning and staffing on CS SI NAM related resources
  • Hiring, on-boarding and utilization of CS SI NAM team
  • Manage “Project Management (PMO) community” and engage Management in NAM
 
Coordinate the NAM specific project support demand in close collaboration with the respective Project Management teams and Expert groups (e.g. RSC, APP)
  • Manage proactively the clarification of incoming and required support requests for NAM related to the defined CS SI supported products (e.g. Automation, Atellica Solutions)
  • Coordinate dispatch process in close collaboration with expert teams on required skills following the global SI Operations process and documentation
  • Complete all mandatory requirements to complete invoice process
                                                                                                                                                                                   
Guide and establish country compliance on PM@SHS guidelines in close collaboration with the global PM@SHS coordinator
  • Streamlining of country implementation (Oder to cash) process
  • Support rollout of global IT solution and enable Region on its utilization (e.g. bridge)
  • Manage the Project Management knowledge/experience by country engagement to the global PM Training and Certification program or exchange of colleagues across the region
  • Harmonize countries to a common set of implementation KPIs and drive respective targets following global definitions (e.g. HPS, Productivity)
                                                                                                                                                                                   
Represent CS SI with in Healthineers related NAM Management functions (RBL LD, Sales, Service)
  • Ensure close collaboration with Healthineers Sales team to promote and position the SI support concept
  • Represent CS SI in CS, Sales and Project Management meetings
  • Ensure strategic development within in CS HQ NAM team
 
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
                             
  • Project Management; 10 plus years                       
  • Leadership experience in terms of guiding / motivating non direct reports within a complex matrix organization                                                                                                                
  • Experience in working with different cultures and working in multi-cultural teams                           
  • In-vitro business and related service delivery                                                                                  
  • Financial/commercial management in projects                                                                             
  • People management and development in a multicultural environment
  • Process management                                                                                                             
  • Presentation skills, representation skills
  • Project Management Institute or other Project Management certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Travel 20%         
 
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
 
  • Healthineers Performance Systems(HPS), other facilitator techniques
  • Six Sigma, Lean or similar certifications
  • Project business, PM@Healthineers, PM@CS       
                             
              
Professional experience required in medical devices business of invitro, solution business, service & sales environment
HPS, other facilitator techniques
