In this position you will be collaboratively driving and executing LP’s positioning to convince and gain preference of customers for our value-added performances by actively and timely communicating our competence, know-how, offers and benefits of our products and solutions, achievements as well as company’s visions, strategies, principles and business plan. You will lead and assist in the planning and implementation of effective, integrated business marketing communication initiatives and programs to achieve desired outcomes from designated target groups, such as contractors, distributors, consulting engineers and end-users.
This position will require up to date knowledge and understanding of the corporate branding guidelines (Brandville). Good project management skills are essential to ensure timely execution of all deliverables.
•Implement and manage various communication channels that help drive marketing objectives as a part of the complete communications program. (Elements can include, but not limited to, tradeshows, advertising, public relations, events, promotions, direct mail, brochures, internet, audio-visual productions, etc.)
•Apply relevant governance standards, policies and procedures to, and ensure consistency, quality, and transparency of Business Unit communications.
•Develop content to ensure consistency of message in internal and external communications; e.g. internet, intranet, extranet, brochures, advertising, press activities, presentations.
•Solid understanding and consistent implementation of corporate brand guidelines. Provide counsel and transparency to the business unit for adherence to corporate style guidelines.
•Contribute to and support U.S. messaging, positioning, and communications approach on a project basis.
•Research and communicate Business Unit success stories, projects, products and innovations.
•Evaluate effectiveness of communication by conducting surveys, inquiries and other elements of the communication performance management.
•Collaborate with PR, Online Communications, Employee and Leadership Communications and the SI communications team on a project basis to achieve the communication objectives of the BU or Segment.
• Manage internal and external vendors, such as agencies
•Work with FSS (Functional Shared Services), assist with coordination, execution and follow-up analysis of customer events and trade shows.
•Maintain marketing communications budget and provide monthly analysis.
•Execute Business Unit specific communication projects as directed.
• 5 years successfully performing the planning, directing, executing and measurement of communications to internal and external stakeholders
