Support LCS leadership team in the development of LCS product portfolio strategy, including technology partner strategy and acquisition strategy.
Ensure product strategy and planning activities are supported with solid market and competitive analysis data, by working closely with supporting Industry and Corporate Strategy teams Based on LCS strategy, make educated recommendations on acquisition targets. Support corporate M&A team with detailed analysis of acquisition targets once in play. Assist LCS leadership team with guiding post-acquisition integration.
Monitor and report on key revenue/metrics and quarterly reports. Develop supporting analysis to facilitate various management decisions and trade-offs.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on Go-to-Market strategies and general tactics in support of LCS products.
Ensure LCS product planning is supported by a common business case development process based on solid market and historical GTM data.
Act as key advisor to LCS Product Management and Marketing Director
Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives within the Product Management organization
Coordinate Management and Technical Review Board meetings with key customers. Lead such meetings on behalf of the LCS leadership team when needed.
Responsible for technology partner identification. Responsible for execution of partner contracts on an as needed basis.
Provide executive presentation support as it relates to area of responsibility
