Job Description:

Siemens US Talent Acquisition
RGA Processor, MSRETN

 

Position Overview

  • Assure compliance with established policy, procedures and KPI standards

  • Fill requisitions, RMA’s, or requests for return goods, or other stock items and route to appropriate locations

  • Track active quality lab items and coordinate activity for resolution; inform Supervisor of any issues hindering resolution of expediting RMA’s

  • Prepare and deliver all appropriate documents associate with processing request

  • Work with production coordinators on issues and shortages that pertain to production needs

  • Use RF technology to process orders distributed by shipping office to meet daily customer requirements

  • Work with customer service to return excess material; provide feedback regarding excess material to minimize costs and maintain effectiveness through the 5S program

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, scheduling and monitoring of movement of materials throughout the production cycle.

  • Provides routine support to the well being of the operations, including processing returned material to the appropriate location.

  • Complies with standard operating procedures to meet daily operational goals.

Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Must have clear written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and team focus

  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills and multi-task

  • Ability to operate a forklift

  • Basic SAP and & RF Scan knowledge and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

  • Basic warehouse experience (i.e. Shipping, Receiving, Cycle counting, Kan-ban)

  • Internet Skills (Ability to Track and Trace Carrier Sites)
