Prescriptive Marketing Head

Position Overview
Are you looking for an extraordinary new challenge to become a digital leader for an elite global company? Are you a game changer that can thrive in a start up like environment?
In this dynamic role, you will serve as the Head of the Prescriptive Marketing team within the Power Generation Services Marketing and Sales Operations department. You will be responsible for scaling up a digital model of our major energy markets, to drive sales growth, identify portfolio optimization opportunities and through data analytics anticipate changes that can generate value to our customers and create business opportunities. You will be based out of the corporate office location in Orlando, FL.
 
Key Deliverables/Responsibilities:
• Further improve and scale energy market digital model to enable data analytics to support, projects specific value pricing, optimization of operation of existing assets, identification of upselling opportunities, identification portfolio optimization and support new business models with risk sharing mechanisms.
• Drive sales growth of customer specific solutions that Siemens can offer on gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators.
• Head of the team which uses prescriptive and predictive marketing tactics and tools to develop solutions which increase customer profitability and Siemens sales.
• You will lead and drive a diverse team of analytic and marketing resources to develop solutions to analyze customer revenue streams and market needs.
• Develop and implement expansion roadmap for Marketing Analytics
 
Required Experience:
We look for you to have certain expertise to be successful in the role:
• Strong experience in the energy market particularly in market forecasting, energy trading and plant investment/valuation decisions.
• Full understanding on the business model of generation companies as well as their stakeholders (opportunities, challenges, pain points, risks, etc.)
• Experience in developing new business models and monetizing them in the energy market.
• Successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering, business administration, marketing, or related fields
• Validated work experience in the energy sector management for over 10 years
• Ability to display strong verbal and written skills
• You will display excellent listening and social skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely with a wide range of people at different levels
• Validated social skills involving application of project management principles to multi-stakeholder projects
• You will have validated critical analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative and out-of-the-box thinking who is self-motivated and directed
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under high pressure and deadlines.
• Able to adapt to dynamic changes in the organization and the market.
• Able to develop, build and implement new methods/systems/analysis.
• Critical skills in customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment
