Siemens Industry Inc., Energy Management, Low Voltage Products is looking for a Factory Controller located in Roebuck, SC. Roebuck/Spartanburg is one of 6 factories within Low Voltage Products in North America, and is key for supporting our US business. Current forecasted annual revenue is $200 million with approx. 500 employees.

•Ownership for commercial control of the factory in Roebuck
•Responsible for monthly financial results of the factory.
•Forecasting & Budgeting of the factory
•Responsible to drive productivity and identify opportunities for cost reduction
•Ability to communicate results deviation to Senior Manager
•Review forecast proposals
•Work together with Factory Manager to establish and implement strategies for the location
•Prepare costing and variance analysis reports for different product lines and help drive cost savings initiatives for the factory.
•Support the audit of factory financial statements and internal control systems in accordance with corporate guidelines and policies.
•Ensure that corporate financial, accounting and reporting guidelines are met.
Required Knowledge / Skills, Education and Experience
•Bachelor's degree in related field or advanced degree preferred.
•7+ years of progressive professional experience in a directly related finance functional area with a preference given to candidates with experience in a plant or a manufacturing site.
•Knowledge of Internal Control Systems
•Familiar with GAAP and FASB requirements
•Understanding of Cost Accounting
•Knowledge of Accounting and Reporting Systems
•Understanding of Auditing Principles
•Good communication skills with the ability to present to Sr. Management
•Preferably knowledge of SAP and Hyperion.
•Solid MS Excel and Powerpoint skills required
