Job Description:

Human Resource Specialist

 

 

Come join our team utilizing your experience and skill in this challenging and key Human Resources Specialist role.  You will be the first introduction to our new team members as well as working closely with our Human Resource Business Partners.  Work with onboarding, benefits, policies, HRIS systems and facilitate answering HR related question while creating a great employee experience.  

Responsibilities

 

 

• Interacting with existing employees on all levels on a daily basis and build a rapport with incoming employees to ensure an excellent employee experience.
• Enter new hire paperwork into SAP timely and expedite the onboarding process.
• Maintain employee personnel files.
• Responding daily to employee inquiries as well as the Human Resources Business Partners.
• Informing new hires of benefits, company policies, and responding to inquiries.
• Participate as a part of the Human Resources Operations
• Learn new systems and work in a fast paced environment
• Process employee salary increases.
• Input of employee bonuses.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

 

 

• BS Business Management/Administration
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, 10 years’ experience
• Manufacturing/Design, 5+ years
• 5 years’ experience in a large organization
• Minimal to no travel required

 

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

 

 

• Knowledge of Company Policies
• 5+ years working in a large organization
• SAP HR, preferred. Workday knowledge helpful.
