Head of Portfolio Accelerator
Post in Orlando, FL
Position Overview:
The Head of Portfolio Accelerator will have full responsibility for commercialization of the Omnivise portfolio, including developing the commercial and technical roadmap. They will be responsible for product lifecycle management (PLM) of the Omnivise portfolio, from pilot to mature portfolio element. They will link global customer needs with innovative digital solutions for customer centric value-added services. They will collaborate with the PS TI community on joint developments to drive digital innovation across the business units. This role owns digital R&D in collaboration with the business units.
The position will:
• Be responsible for the commercialization of the DIGI Portfolio and its financial performance
• Own PLM to scale minimum viable products (MVP) to a final Solution including commercialization strategy of the Omnivise Portfolio
• Be responsible for R&D in DIGI and coordinate with BU TI’s to integrate Digitalization into business transformation
Responsibilities:
• Fulfilling revenue growth targets of Omnivise in the services matrix organization
• Driving for innovation to meet customer expectations with a focus on opportunities through new product launches
• Perform in fast changing and competitive market environment
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar field
• Several years of experience in P&L roles or PLM (in global business)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in two different areas of responsibility (e.g. Engineering, IT, SW Development, PLM, etc)
• International work experience that includes leadership functions and leading multi-cultural teams and managing a multi-site organization
• Experience in oil and gas market or energy market
• Must be able to read, write, and present in English
• Domestic/International travel – 25%
Preferences:
• Master’s degree in business or engineering
• Graduate of Siemens Leadership Program
• Six Sigma/Lean certification
• Bilingual a plus
