Job Description:

Presales Solutions Consultant II – PLM Software


Trusted advisor and credible consultant relationship with

Clients. Oversee and guide the selection of appropriate suites of technology.

Gather high level customer business and technical requirements. Provides

client guidance and mentoring on the capabilities and business value of

Siemen portfolio.  Document client information technology infrastructure and determine

customer’s business needs.  Lead the development and delivery of presentations,

demonstrations, proposals and reviews.



Develop a strong high-level knowledge of the entire digital enterprise

Products.  Manage customer technical queries and coordinate the resources that

Respond.  Support account managers in sales efforts.  Setup and coordinate regular

client technical and management review boards.  Lead response to client requests

for information (RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc.)Proposals (RFPs). Document and share results

of client meetings.


Minimum Requirements:


  • Must have at least 5+ years of technical support experience in PLM/ALM space
  • Must currently reside in WA, OR, CA, AZ CO (West Coast states) or IL, MO,

OH, MN, IN (Midwest states).

  • Knowledge of Systems Engineering, requirements, design and

manufacturing methods and processes.

  • Must be open to an average of 25% travel, almost exclusively domestic
  • Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the
    Unites States. Qualified Applicants will not require employer sponsored
    work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required
  • Relevant work experience in the realm of product development, system engineering, and/or complex software development and management using ALM/PLM systems, using Polarion, Teamcenter, or other similar PLM products.
