The Operations Project Manager will provide leadership on projects related to Sales Operations of the Americas Zone. This will require hands-on contribution as well as coordination across teams (in some cases globally), to execute and monitor projects from initiation through delivery. The PM ensures that all targets and requirements are met. Ensures that projects are completed on time and within scope and where applicable within budget. Will be responsible for managing others indirectly in a matrixed organization, with strong detail orientation and influence skills. Will regularly present project milestone updates to management, including the executive levels of the organization. This position has no direct reports or people management responsibility. Projects include but are not limited to: Defining proper business segment KPIs, building business performance reporting structure in systems such as tableau and SAP BW, Competitive benchmarks and others. The Operations Project Manager will support the organization to continuously drive revenue by analyzing and improving the sales territory coverage model as well as conversion rates in the sales funnel from prospect inquiry to sales.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Solid knowledge of the organization on a global basis
Proven ability to drive projects and initiatives to completion in a matrix management environment, communicating in a diplomatic and influential fashion to ensure project goals are met
Ability to work with all levels of individuals in the organization, including ability to present findings and project milestones updates to management and executive team
Must have excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
Experience with SAP, SAP BW, SFDC, Tableau
Understanding of digital sales and Marketing processes

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance; MBA or CPA preferred, Minimum of 6+ years of experience in the software business
