We're looking for dedicated welders with the skills and vision to build a better tomorrow. Join our manufacturing team as a Welder. You will work as part of a  team to ensure that all projects are completed safely, correctly and meet customer expectations. You will be expected to follow and promote all safety and quality directives in support of Siemens commitment to be the “Industry’s Premier Service Provider”.


What are you job responsibilities and requirements? 


Successful applicants need to have a minimum of 3 years of welding experience. Additional you will need to have 6g welding certification and experience welding 6G and skilled in use of manual SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW welding processes. Experience welding inconel is required. Additionally you will weld other metals including carbon and stainless steel is required. Applicants must have the ability to use shop mathematics, precision measuring equipment, follow blueprintsspecifications, diagrams, schematics, and follow written work and verbal instructions.

Minimum education required is a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Candidates must successfully pass or provide credentials for successful completion of CRC to include Industrial Reading, Math, Blueprint and Metrology written test.


What are the physical requirements for your role?


Ability to perform physical work continuously to include standing for periods of time, lifting heavy weight materials up to 50 pounds and work in n strained work positions. Regular use of a variety of both hand-held and motorized tools/machinery is required. You must have the ability to obtain fork truck and crane license.


Successful candidates must pass a 6G Inconel Test weld test.  The primary responsibilities for the position includes welding and a variety of turbine layout/fitting, assembly, blading, and welding required to complete fully assembled turbine components.
