Job Description:

Position Summary:
The Customer Experience Product Manager at Siemens PL will define business requirements for the Siemens PL digital experience for SaaS customers. They will be responsible for working with service design to identify gaps in the experience and will define business requirements and work with development and design teams to prioritize and develop solutions including trial, buy, use and renew capabilities. The Customer Experience Product Manager will work closely with the Digital Analytics Automation organization to ensure all digital activities have KPIs and success measures to track customer success with the digital platforms. Lastly, the Customer Experience Product Manager will be responsible for defining requirements for the SaaS community and will actively engage with customers in the community and in person to understand their needs.
The Customer Experience Product Manager will work with customer success and digital teams and will define and prioritize adoption and nurture activities for SaaS customers.  
What will be my tasks?
The Customer Experience Product Manager will be responsible for:
  1. Participating in service/customer journey scenarios and blue prints
  2. Leading the process for collecting business requirements
  3. Working with development teams to prioritize and build out solutions to customer experience gaps
  4. Building an adoption program that promotes and helps customers be successful in key MOTs (moments of truth) that affect trial, purchase, onboard, adoption and renewal touch points


Minimum Qualifications
BA, BS, or MBA
Critical skills and experience needed for this role: Service design tools and practices, empathy, journey mapping skills, systems thinking, UX (user experience) skills, service blueprinting skills, strong communication and influence abilities, visualization skills, and storytelling.
Key Leadership Requirements:
  • Expertise in SD (service design) and UX (user experience) with experience being a Customer Champion, and showing Customer Empathy
  • Skilled diplomat with high levels of professional confidence and business acumen
  • Courage – unafraid to try new things or challenge the status quo
  • Works well with ambiguity and can wear many hats
  • Must be a flexible and creative designer capable of leading and managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast paced, often ambiguous and diverse environment
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence/negotiate and garner support for objectives; comfortable negotiating and driving timely decisions
  • Experience managing interns preferred, including mentorship, project management and oversight.
