Position Overview

The candidate will report to the Project Director and will have an opportunity to work with Project Managers on our Trainset (Locomotive and Coaches) project for Canada and also international with our Headquarters in Europe. This includes autonomously working with our project team on small work packages in the project.


The candidate will attend internal and external meetings for the projects, work with our Project Managers and Engineers in the US, Canada and Europe on design reviews, documentation, Mock-ups, Trainset production, delivery as well as on field modifications and testing procedures.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

We are looking for someone that

·         has an entrepreneurial mindset

·         is a team player

·         can work autonomously,

·         is at least a Junior in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

·         has knowledge of Microsoft office programs


Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

·         SharePoint knowledge

·         SAP or JDE knowledge

·         Project management skills

·         Previous work experience
