Job Description:

Position Overview
Leads the Global Service Partner Practice. As part of the Global Services Leadership Team, the Global Services Partner Practice Lead will collaborate with the Channel and SI Partner Team to drive our service partner ecosystem strategy by leading a team that enables and supports partners to successfully deliver services on Siemens Digital Industries Software
  • Collaborate with SI Partner Team, Channel Partner Team and Global Services to establish and align on a partner enablement and support model aligned to our overall ecosystem strategy
  • Define, align and measure KPI’s to evaluate performance
  • Lead a global team of SME’s and Zone Leaders to execute the enablement and support strategy and realize business results
  • Learn quickly to continuously refine the enablement and support strategy and initiatives to achieve expected business outcomes
Position reports to Senior Vice President of Global Services and Success
 
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Channel and SI Partner Team to drive our service partner ecosystem strategy by leading a team that enables and supports partners to successfully deliver services on Siemens Digital Industries Software
  • Define, document and lead the strategy and initiatives to enable and support external services partners
  • Evangelist the benefits of building an effective services partner ecosystem and align key stakeholders and constituents across Segments, Sales, Services, and Support
  • Define, align and measure KPI’s to evaluate performance of partner enablement and support
  • Manage a global team of SME’s and regional leaders to achieve business outcomes
  • Collaborate with all types of partners to understand needs and align enablement programs accordingly
  • Lead the team to develop the intellectual property assets required to scale partner enablement and support
  • Evaluate performance and continuously refine our strategy and initiatives to ensure our overall objectives are being realized
 
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, marketing or sales
  • 10+ years of intermediate level of experience with MS Office applications and Collaboration platforms
  • 10+ years of intermediate level in technology professional services
  • 5+ years intermediate level of experience with building and executing a strategy, working globally, managing managers, working with partners
  • Required amount of travel with the position: Approximately 50%
  • Advanced level skills in strategic thinking, being effective in complex matrixed organizations, innovation management, influencing others, and conflict management. 
  • Experienced technology services leader with exposure to working with services partners

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
  • MBA or similar advanced degree desirable
  • Position can be based on any major U.S. City.  Preferred locations:  Dallas TX, Charlotte NC, Chicago IL, Cincinnati OH, or Detroit, MI
