Enterprise Marketing Specialist 4

The Enterprise Marketing Specialist will help define the strategy for executive programs and initiatives. This includes maximizing existing relationships with industry associations and identifying new opportunities for Siemens Healthineers to enhance access and engagement with C-Suite/Executive Level. This individual will also have responsibility to develop relevant executive-level content and campaigns that focus on value and outcomes and that aligns with our Value Promises and Value Elements.

The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent marketing and communications skills, project management skills, business acumen, understanding of healthcare market, strong teamwork and collaboration, resourcefulness, passion, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization. Senior-level individual contributor, reports to Vice President, North America Marketing and Communications.

Responsibilities:

       Define and drive strategy and KPIs for Executive/C-Level Programs and Marketing initiatives.

       Cultivate industry relationships to identify new programs or maximize participation and presence to enhance access and engagement.

       Manage executive programs annual budget and individual program execution.

       Manage Executive/C-Level marketing initiatives and campaigns. This includes overall strategy and content development that will drive awareness and demand.

       Evaluate impact and make recommendations based on objectives and analytics.

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

       Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 

       8-10 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing. 

       Strong operational and business acumen. 

       Proven results in working with executive leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

       Superior organizational and operational skills; ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting all deadlines.

       Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and analytical skills.

       Collaborates effectively to deliver results.

       Ability to work well in highly matrixed organization. Experience in collaborating globally, managing global projects with international counterparts. 

 

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

       Experience in healthcare marketing or life sciences field preferred.
