As the Forms and Certifications process owner, this position ensures the process remains appropriate to address all applicable needs of the business regarding form and certifications.
The qualification of customer technical, non-technical and commercial related forms and certifications.
Qualification activities include but not limited to; assessing and determining the scope of the request, identifying revenue impact, turnaround expectations and capturing requester information. May require interfacing directly with customers.
Prepopulating forms, customer questionnaire portals, product and cyber security forms with approved information.
Facilitate responses by accessing data across the business (Contracts, previous approved forms/certifications, technical information, published information, statutes, federal requirements).
Facilitation also includes but not limited to; determining subject matter experts, verify due diligence was completed and evidence exits, and supporting the completion of the certification by obtaining appropriate approvals (signature, electronic approval, etc. ).
Uploading records and manage topic content within Forms and Certs record repository.
Compile process metrics and KPIs. Develop appropriate reporting to applicable stakeholders (i.e. Quarter and year end reporting)
Escalation management; includes but not limited to; contacting the customer, various subject matter experts and executive level management when required to resolve a critical request.
Improving information flow across business by supporting identification of weaknesses if subject matter expertise changes or new customer requirements arise.
BA/BA in related discipline
Extremely well-organized with demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of information, including tracking, follow up, and assessing appropriate level of information detail.
Demonstrated experience engaging with stakeholders to facilitate identification of information owners. Ability to build relationships.
Exceptional verbal communication skills.
Paralegal experience desired
8-10 years of successful experience in related field.
