What is the Engineering Leadership Development Program?
The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) positions you to be an integral part of the Siemens engineering team. Participants will have the opportunity to create new products, technologies, and applications, and drive the growth of Siemens as a Design Engineer, Applications Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, Quality Engineer, Test Engineer, Product Marketing Specialist, Sales Engineer, or to offer Hotline Support.
ELDP program participants are full-time employees with full benefits. This program is designed to help you create a successful career path within Siemens.
Program start dates are in January and July.
Potential experiences include:
• Product design and development
• Engineering testing
• Product and quality engineering
• Product management

To apply for the Engineering Leadership Development Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
• Graduation Date: Candidates must graduate by the program start date, but no more than one year prior
• Minimum GPA: 3.0
• Relocation and Travel: Candidates must be willing to relocate and travel as required by program
• Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required
