In this exciting environment an opportunity is available for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Austin, Texas.



Position Overview
 

You will be responsible to support the bids, proposals and execution projects during their lifecycle and support services that follow their implementation.

 

Reporting to the Manager of Bids and Support Center teams you will help create winning proposal documents, manage project documentation and maintain the related information and knowledge management systems. In addition, you will contribute to project scheduling activities and interact with customers and suppliers on information or support inquiries.

 

With your skills to manage communication and documentation in an organized, structured and methodical way you will be an integral part of multiple teams and you will have an opportunity to grow in the mobility industry.

 
Requirements 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business; Systems, Software or Electrical engineering with 2-5 years of experience

  • Understanding of infrastructure systems and control systems beneficial

  • Project Management background is preferred

  • Highly structured with attention to detail

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and customer orientation

  • Solid skillset with standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)

Preferably you have also already obtained skills and gained experience in more than one of these following tools:

  • Scheduling (Microsoft Project)

  • CRM Software (Salesforce)

  • Document management (SharePoint)

  • Desktop publishing (Adobe InDesign)

  • Diagramming and vector graphics application (Microsoft Visio)

  • Additional Microsoft Office applications (Planner, Teams, Yammer, Forms)

 
Detailed Responsibilities
  • Support and perform the preparation of proposal documentation
  • Maintain relevant, standard proposal documentation (e.g. references)

  • Perform bids and customer project scheduling support

  • Provide Level 1 customer support over the phone or electronic communication

  • Administrate support cases

  • Maintain the internal knowledge management platform

  • Develop and maintain the internal documentation management system

  • Coordinate activities and work status with other departments

  • Provide reporting for customer support services

  • Obtain project related information from third parties

We are looking for someone who has proven capability in supporting our Bids, Programs and Engineering teams and who is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage complex information and interact well with internal and external customers.
