Job Description:

Position Summary

Drive pricing excellence at Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics. Support the rollout of a global pricing initiative. Identify pricing excellence opportunities in global markets. Work together with countries to help defining and operationalizing pricing strategies. Monitor and manage price erosion.

Support in deal escalation process and prepare deal analysis to support management decisions.

Support diagnostics Regional Hub and Countries driving local initiatives in the context of CRM and pricing excellence. Govern CRM standards and ensure high qualitative global CRM processes.

Work in cross functional and global teams to create leading-edge support of our sales force and sales management.


Essential Job Functions

  • Drive pricing excellence initiate for diagnostics business

  • Perform reporting on pricing and CRM topics

  • Support defining pricing targets
  • Support in deal escalation process on business area level

  • Drive and collaborate in global projects on CRM and Pricing Excellence

  • Manage stakeholders such as global SHS Sales Support, Regional Hubs, Diagnostics management and sales management in the countries

  • Drive innovation in pricing excellence and pricing strategies

  • Drive quality of CRM processes and identify improvement potentials

  • Proficient English plus an additional foreign language is preferred
  • Working experience in sales/CRM organization and good understanding of CRM processes
  • Experience in the field of medical diagnostics
  • Ideally, experience in working with multinational teams and/or different countries and cultures
