Position Summary

Analyze worldwide CRM performance of Diagnostics business. Prepare management reviews and identify potentials to foster CRM Excellence.

Utilize available reporting resources (CRM, Finance, Market) and provide meaningful insights. Support diagnostics Regional Hub and Countries driving local initiatives in the context of CRM and pricing excellence. Govern CRM standards and ensure high qualitative global CRM processes.

Develop concepts and drive implementation of innovative CRM analytics together with other stakeholders on global and local Siemens Healthineers organizations. Work in cross functional and global teams to create leading-edge support of our sales force and sales management. Successfully manage complexity of various data sources and business rules to build appealing and impactful CRM analysis.


Essential Job Functions

  • Support regular CRM performance dialogue

  • Support annual budget process from CRM perspective

  • Drive and collaborate in global projects on CRM and Pricing Excellence

  • Manage stakeholders such as global SHS Sales Support, Regional Hubs, Diagnostics management and sales management in the countries

  • Drive innovation in CRM and pricing excellence
  • Build analysis and management reporting by understanding, managing and transforming complex data structures

  • Drive quality of CRM processes and identify improvement potentials

  • Support S&OP process

    Critical Competencies

  • Ability to manage very complex data structures

  • Passion for excellence
  • High attitude of quality and attention to detail

  • Good data visualization and presentation skills

  • Ability to work in cross-collaboration projects

  • Experiences with data analytics tools (e.g. Qlik, SAP BW, SAS)
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and drive for innovation
  • Team work oriented collaborative attitude
  • MBA or other Business degree or alternatively degree in Mathematics/Physics
  • Proficient English plus an additional foreign language is preferred
  • Working experience in sales/CRM organization and good understanding of CRM processes
  • Experience in the field of medical diagnostics
  • Ideally, experience in working with multinational teams and/or different countries and cultures
