Job Description:

Position Overview

Are you an entrepreneur ready to lead  the roll out and execution of the digital service portfolio for MV Motors and Drives ?  You will use your digital mindset to develop a roadmap for target market introductions, develop a go to market strategy and support the delivery of digital services across the install base in North America. You will be the service SME and work closely with the product development, marketing, delivery and sales teams.  Along the way, you will be generating new ideas, learning new technologies and incorporating this information into shaping a fast evolving business towards growth and profitability.  


Define the vision for Digital Services for MV Motors and Drives

Create and maintain service roadmap in the development and scaling of Digital Services offering, working with the application development team

Create and execute a business plan for the Digital Services business

Service Subject matter expert supporting business development, marketing and sales

Support service delivery technically in delivering the Digital Service offerings at end users

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

B.S. - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Degree)

Demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit

3-5 years in an engineering role (Drives and Motors)

Strong technology background with business acumen

Quick learner and flexible to change

Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

M.S. - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Degree)

Strong computer skills a plus

Industrial IoT Industry experience

Strong communicator and excellent presentation skills
