Job Description:

Position Summary: 

    

We are looking for highly motivated Head of Commercial Sales to lead commercial sales team supporting sale of renewable energy products within the North America region. Positive, persistent, self-motivated and action-oriented candidates with demonstrated transaction experience are required. Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities at same time is desired. 

    

 

Duty / Responsibility

   

  • Lead and manage the other Commercial Sales professionals in the region

  • Lead and facilitate SGRE bid approval process (forecasting, preparation, organization, follow-up)

  • Produce high quality approval presentations and financial analysis for bid approvals

  • Align with corporate Sales & Marketing and regional finance teams with regards to Budgets, OE targets, Reporting, etc.

  • Represent Sales in periodic internal and external (ISO) process audit

  • Ensure prices and conditions in the signed contacts are within approval mandate

  • Perform periodic audits for data consistency, accuracy and provide as requested  reports from CRM tool such as Salesforce

  • Facilitate and lead contract reviews

  • Lead commercial handover to Project organization

  • Manage current outstanding parent guaranties and interface with corporate for future guaranties

     

Required experience/degree:

  • 10 years of commercial sales/finance/accounting experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or a Law degree (J.D.) – MBA preferred

  • Leadership presence with excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Effective organizational, prioritization and planning skills

  • Sales-oriented with a winning mentality

  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills

  • Strong Salesforce.com administration skills and/or equivalent of other CRM tools

  •  Ability to work under time constraints with constant indoor collaborative work environment in close contact with co-workers
