Job Description:

Description of Position:
Perform purification and conjugation of various proteins used in components of in-vitro diagnostic assays in a regulated environment.

Specific Requirements:
This position is in a Manufacturing group that is responsible for producing reagents for in-vitro diagnostic assays. The applicant should have a BS in Chemistry or Biochemistry. Applicants with industrial experience and knowledge of GMP/ISO will be preferred. Experience in protein purification and conjugation techniques, is desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately and neatly record information while following established written protocols. Work as a member of a team to perform a variety of biochemical techniques used to purify and conjugate proteins. The successful candidate may assist with validation of process improvements or new product development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in time management, possess well developed interpersonal skills, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and exhibit attention to detail.
