Are you ready to work in a fast paced collaborative environment supporting the Project Management Team, Customer Support, Sales, and Customers with the execution of project support and processing documentation deliverables?
Can work anywhere in the US as long as the candidate lives near a major airport. (Houston, TX and Norcross, GA preferred)
The successful candidate will work with our teams supporting the following functions:
•Able to work with blueprints: electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, and site plans. Must be able to fully comprehend and apply specifications to configuration changes from customer markups and create submittals & closeout manuals.
•Able to process functional project management tasks including, but not limited to: Creating change orders, processing RGAs, performing Order Entry into SharePoint, processing credits, etc.).
•Position will develop data sheets, create submittal packages, operation and maintenance manuals, and other documentation requests for projects.
•Submittal and O&M packages encompass system installation drawings including floor plans, riser diagrams, system diagrams per specifications and plans supplied, point to point wiring and layouts using PDF editor, AutoCAD and PC based applications. Create and maintain the supply of technical and product literature as required supporting group documentation needs.

•The ability to execute basic to intermediate equipment changes in COMPAS
•Create Submittals, O&M Manuals and Utility Drawings with quality, on-time and per customer specifications. Utilize COMPAS (Configure Order Manage Price and Ship) a Siemens configurator, KB (Knowledge Base) and product information to construct documentation packages.
•Work with Project Managers to deliver COMPAS Quote changes in support of customer specifications.
•Work with Siemens Customers, Plants, Engineers, Sales and Project Managers to deliver documentation in support of customer specifications.
•Support and adhere to the documentation process as defined by the LP Project Management organization.
•Support in logging requests as required.
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
1. 2 plus in a Customer facing role in the Construction Industry, if college graduate, internships required.
2. Basic PDF Editor Experience (Bluebeam and Adobe)
3. Minimum of an Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
4. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills and capability to promote new ideas and products.
6. Analytical thinking combined with conceptual and organizational abilities.
7. Team oriented personality who has the ability to work well by themselves or on a team in an international environment.
8. Proactive at executing daily tasks and achieving long-term goals.
9. Passionate commitment to the company vision.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
•1-3 years of successful experience in related field.
•COMPAS equipment configuration for Siemens equipment experience.
•Experience working for or with Electrical Contractors/distributors is preferred.
•Basic to intermediate COMPAS Go experience (e.g. P1 - P5, SB1 - SB2).
•Low Voltage product knowledge (Panelboards, Switchboards, LVSG, Busway, etc.).
•Experience working with electrical specifications.
